All systems of this complex are based on web–technologies and this gives them a range of advantages in comparison with similar systems:

"Customer Questionnaire" system

"Customer Questionnaire" system continues the range of products based on web–technologies and "thin client" architecture the first of which was "Credit Bureau" system used for information exchange with the First Credit Bureau and the International Credit Bureau.

This system is intended first of all for organization of work with clients of bank, as long as "client" is the key concept of banking.

The systems provides for storage of all information about client necessary for complete identification of client and understanding of client's business, sources of income and other details for detection of sources of potential threat.

The system identifies clients, creates a centralized storage of information about all clients, their contractors, relatives, financial position, shareholders and other information and enables consolidation of all particulars of clients in this data storage.

"Online Applications" system

This system is used for prompt and comprehensive servicing of bank's customers. It is an extension of CBS for active mass retail crediting. This system works in conjunction with "Customer Questionnaire" system and facilitates work of bank's front office operators. If customer turns to bank for some product (templates of which are prepared in contract system of CBS) front-office specialist selects certain product template in the system according to conditions set by customer - amount, period, interest rate. If there are several options for this product this specialist may use loan calculator (available in this system) to provide customer with payment schedule and other necessary calculations and select certain option of product on the basis of customer's decision. Then this specialist works with "Customer Questionnaire" system because bank needs to identify customer, enter customer data to the system, synchronized data in CBS and etc. Then operator creates an application for selected product. Further actions depend on technological scheme of bank, for example, this may include examination and approval by legal service, security service and credit committee. After examination of application by all services of bank status of application changes to "processed" and CBS automatically creates appropriate contract. Front-office specialist prints the contract and gives it to customer for signing. After signing status of contract shall be changed to "active". This change will initiate generation of transactions, transfer of funds to a card or to an account of seller of household appliances or car dealer and etc.

"Credit Bureau" system

This system is a universal interface for interaction with such systems as the First Credit Bureau and the International Credit Bureau. These systems keep credit history records about legal entities and individuals and provide banks and non-bank financial and credit institutions with a wide range of special systems for decision taking and risk management.

"MIA Verifications" system

This system in an interface for interaction with on-line service of the MIA for verification of lost/stolen passports. This system works in conjunction with "Customer Questionnaire" system.

Bad Debt Recovery System «Collection»

This system allows to optimize bad debt recovery using interfaces for analysis and management of bad debts (for getting of data about customers from CBS) and organize collection actions on the following levels: Soft, Hard, Legal and Outsource. All intervention events are logged and approved.

Borrower Rating System

"Customer Questionnaire" system and allows to add data of financial and statistical reports about customer from received files or create these reporting forms in the system entering data for certain date and for certain period. The system stores all values of rating calculated for previous periods. The system allows to add calculation methods used by bank without help of the developer. The system transfers calculated rating to CBS «Scrooge» where it may be used for further work with customer.
