IS «PPF Administrator»

Informational system «PPF Administrator» is designed for automation of work of private pension fund administrators.

Requirements to IS «PPF Administrator» comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Non-State Pension Provision" (Vidomosti Verkhovnoi Rady (VVR), 2003, No. 47-48, page 372), and the following documents:

• «Requirements to hardware and informational systems for keeping of individual records of non-state pension fund participants» (Regulation of the State Financial Services Markets Regulation Commission, 22.06.2004, No.1101)
• «Regulation on submission of reports about non-state pension provision by non-state pension fund administrators» (Regulation of the State Financial Services Markets Regulation Commission, 22.06.2004, No. 1100)
• «Regulation on introduction of activity of non-state pension fund administration» (Project of the State Financial Services Markets Regulation Commission)

ИС «PPF Administrator» meets the following requirements:

• Integrity, actuality and consistency of processed information;
• Confidentiality of information stored in IS «PPF Administrator»;
• Different levels of access to objects and functions of IS «PPF Administrator»;
• Storage of information about author and time of creation, editing and deletion of every object of IS «PPF Administrator»;
• Possibility of data exchange with other non-state pension institutions and the State Financial Services Markets Regulation Commission.
